The 2025 Petrie Island Invitational Ice Fishing Derby takes place on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Petrie Island, Ontario. The derby is limited to the area in Baitshop Bay at Petrie Island.

It is an invitational derby organized by and for the ice fishermen of Baitshop Bay at Petrie Island, Ontario.

Registration for the derby takes place at Petrie Island Bait Shop. Cost to pre-register for the event is $30.00 for adults and $15.00 for kids aged 16 and under. Pre-registration begins Friday, February 7 at noon and ends Friday, February 14 at midnight. Cost to register on the day of the event is $40.00 for adults and $20.00 for kids aged 16 and under. Registration closes when the event begins at 10:00 AM.
